Join experienced Japanese translator and interpreter Reiko Yoshida Hamano for a hands-on workshop exploring the essential etiquette and customs that shape professional interactions in Japan. Whether you're planning to travel, work with Japanese colleagues, host visitors, or simply deepen your cultural understanding, this session will provide practical knowledge you can use right away.

Topics include:
• Business Card Exchange (Meishi)
• Seating Etiquette (Meetings, Taxis & Elevators)
• Pouring & Receiving Beverages
• Japanese Business Hierarchy & Protocol
• Common Etiquette Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

Light pupus will be provided.

Space is limited and advance registration is required. Open to JCCIH members and HICC members and the general public. No walk-ins.
