To maximize collaboration and share resources, our Social & Cultural and Membership Development Committees have merged their meetings.  Meeting dates are generally the first Mondays of the month, in-person at the JCCIH Conference Room from 5:30pm-7:00pm (meeting dates and times subject to change).

Social & Cultural Committee

Chair: Renae Akau

To encourage fellowship, a very important aspect in maximizing membership connections, this committee organizes events for members and others to experience social and cultural activities. Some of the activities include Goji Kara (our after-hours networking event), holiday party, and more!

Membership Development Committee

Co-Chairs: Toby Taniguchi & Donn Mende

The strength of the Chamber is in its members. The committee develops strategic membership recruitment and retention strategies and works with other committees to assure new members are welcomed. They plan and coordinate a new member orientation quarterly. They also encourage member participation in all aspects of our organization.
